  • As an organization, NextGen Dublin is committed to the growth and success of our membership. As involved members, we will work together to:

    • Create networking opportunities.

    • Provide opportunities for educational, personal and professional development.

    • Provide an outlet for volunteer information and opportunities.

    • Provide understanding of the community.

    • Create and cultivate community leaders.

    • Work to keep our young professionals in Dublin, Ohio.

    • Contribute to and enrich the community.

    • Develop professional skills. 

    • Gain leadership experience through committee and Leadership Council involvement.

    • Experience new and exciting social and business venues throughout the city.

    • Network with hundreds of young professionals in central Ohio.

    • Offer exposure to the most active young professional organization in central Ohio.

     
    Each member of NextGen Dublin must agree to the following guidelines:

    • All members must abide by the Dublin Chamber’s and NextGen Dublin’s bylaws and membership policies.

    • A Dublin Chamber staff member and/or Leadership Council member must be present at all committee meetings.

    • One Dublin Chamber board member and one Dublin Chamber staff member must be present at all Leadership Council meetings.

    • Agenda items must be submitted to the Dublin Chamber at least three business days prior to a meeting.

    • Minutes and agendas will be kept on file at the Dublin Chamber.

    • All communications to committees, members and the media must be approved by the Dublin Chamber’s board of directors and released through the Chamber’s executive director.

    • All committee meetings must be held at the Dublin Chamber conference facilities, unless approved in writing by the Chamber’s executive director.

    • A call to action must be forwarded to the Leadership Council for approval, and then action can be taken.

    • Any action must be voted on by the Dublin Chamber’s board of directors.

    • Meetings will be scheduled by committee chairs and Dublin Chamber staff members.

    • No member shall represent themselves in any sale or process representing NextGen Dublin or the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
