    We do not require visitors to supply personally identifiable information when accessing public areas of the site. When you browse the website, you do so anonymously, unless you have submitted an online registration form and selected a password.  The following are the types of information that we may collect from you:

    •Personally Identifiable Information: We collect personally identifiable information from you when you join/purchase a membership, access certain restricted site areas, register for Dublin Chamber of Commerce sponsored events, sign up for our email list, request other information, or otherwise communicate with us about our services. From time to time, we receive personal information from business partners and vendors. We only use such information if it has been collected in accordance with acceptable industry privacy practices consistent with this policy and applicable laws. Personally identifiable information may be merged with other information we already know, such as whether you are a current Dublin Chamber of Commerce member, or whether you or your organization has had past contact with Dublin Chamber of Commerce sales or marketing activities.

We do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged into our website through registration and a password.     You may view or edit your personal information at any time by logging into your account, as well as editing your preferences for direct email marketing purposes.  You make also contact Dublin Chamber of Commerce at info@dublinchamger.org and we will remove your email address from our email distributions.

    Additionally, at the bottom of each marketing email we send to you, we provide a link to opt-out of the email list. By clicking on this link you will be guided through the automated process that will remove your email address from being included future mailings. 

    Children 
    The Dublin Chamber of Commerce website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13.

    We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal and regulatory requirements, or as necessary as we upgrade or modify our technology and applications.
