Music & Movement Teacher — Kindermusik Educator

Have you always loved seeing a child's eyes light up when they learn something new? Do you have a passion for music and the joy it can bring?

Learn Sing & Grow is a music & movement studio in Dublin, OH, and we're looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Kindermusik teacher — working with children ages 0–5 and their grownups in a warm, welcoming classroom community.

In this role, you'll:

• Teach weekly music & movement classes using our provided curriculum
• Observe fellow teachers each week, and be observed, as part of how our team grows together
• Build real relationships with the families in your classes
• Join a small, tight-knit team — regular check-ins, team meetings, and an annual retreat

What we're looking for: a true love of working with children, a warm and reliable presence, and a willingness to learn — a background in music or early childhood education helps, but it's not required. We train every teacher through full Kindermusik accreditation.

Training & pay: $250 upfront (application + training fee), $15/hr during training, self-paced (most finish in 2–3 months, capped at 4 by Kindermusik International). Teachers start at $25/class plus $15/hr for admin duties.
