Dublin Assisted Living & Memory Support by Senior Star is pleased to invite the public to two dynamic presentations on its senior living campus by renowned motivational author and speaker, LeAnn Thieman at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13 at 6470 Post Road, Dublin, and at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 14 at 6480 Post Road, Dublin.  
Realizing that caregiving requires tremendous emotional, physical and spiritual stamina, Thieman’s presentation will focus on solutions to help reduce the everyday challenges of stress and caregiver burnout.  She will offer remedies by encouraging professional and personal caregivers to care for themselves as devotedly as they do for others with her simple CARE 4ME strategies.  By sharing stores from “Chicken Soup for the Caregiver’s Soul” and her adventures of rescuing orphaned infants at the end of the Vietnam War, Thieman captivates her audiences by helping renew the hope, health, courage and strength of caregivers while honoring them for being heroes.
A nurse for 30 years, Thieman is a nationally recognized professional speaker and writer.  After co-authoring “Chicken Soup for the Nurse’s Soul,” she eventually went on to co-write 11 other books in the popular Chicken Soup series.  She has been featured on CNN, FOX-TV, BBC, NPR, PBS, in Newsweek and countless radio and TV programs.  In 2008, Thieman was inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame, joining the company of Ronald Reagan, Colin Powell and Art Linkletter.
