Dublin Chamber Members Take Little Diggers to New Markets
Little Diggers Playspace, the Columbus-based construction-themed sandbox playspace for kids 7 and under, opened its third franchised location in Farmington, Michigan, today, just two weeks after the second franchised location opened in Franklin, Tennessee.
“We set out to create a less stimulating play experience for families, just like ours, and the response has been incredible,” shares Hannah Bowers, VP of Marketing. “We see this as so much more than just a giant, indoor sandbox. Every single one of our facilities is an open-ended playground that encourages kids to engage in slow, focused, hands-on play.”
Little Diggers was founded by Zach and Hannah Bowers, NW Ohio natives who are proud to be raising a family in Central Ohio. The couple launched their original location in the Trader Joe’s plaza off Dublin Granville and Sawmill Rd in 2023. Since that time, they have opened additional stores in Fairview Park, Ohio; West Chester, Ohio; Des Peres, Missouri; and Grove City, Ohio. Additionally, the couple added three franchised locations to the network of open stores this year: Fairlawn, Ohio; Franklin, Tennessee; and Farmington, Michigan. An additional franchised location is set to open in Memphis, Tennessee, next week.
