Day Shift, WAREHOUSE / MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE
We are an established and trusted traffic sign manufacturing co. of 25 years in Dublin, OH. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Warehouse & Manufacturing Associate/Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our team with an opportunity for a long-term career position.
Position: Full Time or Part Time, Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-2:30pm

Our warehouse associates perform a combination of manual and automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product along with assembly and light manufacturing hands-on opportunities.
Job Duties:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick, assemble and pack orders for shipment
- Assist in inventory control with regular stock checks and report discrepancies
- Store and organize materials
- Perform light manufacturing & assembly jobs
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean and energy efficient working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
