Automotive Window Tint & PPF Installation Technician (entry level or experienced)

Tint World, an Inc 500/5000 Company, is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team in NW Columbus. Whether you have experience or are looking to get started in the industry, we’re willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and works well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with installation of automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and vehicle wraps
- Learn proper techniques and use film-cutting software and plotter (training provided)
- Prep vehicles for install and disassemble/reassemble components as needed
- Support occasional commercial and residential flat glass tinting projects
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Attend trainings as needed (some travel may be required)
- Support teammates with general shop tasks (12V installs, detailing, showroom upkeep)
- Use POS system to assist customers and team when needed
- Entry-level or experienced candidates welcome
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for hands-on work
- Excellent work ethic and punctuality
- Great attitude, coachable, and team-oriented
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods
- 5 day work week - Willing to work full-time between 8am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday (rotating day off)
- Experience with automotive tint, PPF, or wraps
- Familiarity with commercial/residential window tinting
- Automotive customization background or mechanical aptitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
