Trailblazer Leadership Series
Join us for this after-work event where a Central Ohio leader will tell his story. You will be inspired, and learn the path he has taken to get where he is today. Together, we will explore what it takes to be a successful leader. You will walk away with new ideas, a fresh perspective and best practices you can apply in your own career. In addition, you will get a chance to network with other area business professionals and enjoy appetizers. A cash bar will also be available.

Led by Dr. Todd Hoadley, Superintendent of Dublin City Schools
Dr. Hoadley began his tenure with Dublin City Schools Aug. 1, 2013. He has been a school superintendent for 18 years, starting at the age of 32.
Previously to taking the helm of Dublin schools, Dr. Hoadley was at Olmsted Falls City Schools where he had been the superintendent for nine years. He also served as the Van Buren Local Schools Superintendent for six years prior to his position with Olmsted Falls. Dr. Hoadley’s career in education began in 1990 when he became a math teacher and coach at Van Buren. In 1995, his administrative career began when be became a Junior High/High School Principal.
He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Bowling Green State University. He also holds a Masters of Business of Operational Excellence from the Fisher College of Business of The Ohio State University as well as a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from B.G.S.U.
Dr. Hoadley sits on the Governing Board of the American Association of School Administrators (AASA). He is also a member of the Alliance for Adequate School Funding, Mid-American Association of School Superintendents, and the Midwest Association of School Superintendents.
He lives in Dublin with his wife, Angie and their four children.

Fees/Admission
The cost is only $5 per person for Chamber members and $10 per person for non-Chamber members, which includes light appetizers. A cash bar will also be available.
