Lunch & Learn: Best Practices for Offering Legendary Customer Service
The Dublin Chamber of Commerce Lunch & Learn Series is designed to offer professional counsel on a variety of topics of interest to businesses. Sessions feature local business experts who are available to share tips, offer professional guidance and answer questions.
About the Session:
Every time one of your employees comes into contact with a customer, that person can either have a positive or negative impression on your business. At this session, Nicholas LaRocca will share his insights from 20 years of experience ensuring visitors to the Memorial Tournament and the world-renowned Muirfield Village Golf Club receive top-notch service. You will learn best practices and practical tools you can use for positive customer experiences that will allow you to gain the competitive edge. Topics include anticipating requests−the answer is yes so what is the question−turning complaining customers into company advocates, defusing tense situations and insuring first-time buyers become repeat customers.
About the speaker:

Nicholas is very involved with the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) and serves on the Board of Governors for the Club Foundation.
