Leadership Dublin’s Youth Program was designed around the “Character Counts” philosophy of Respect, Responsibility, and Fairness, as well as leadership in school and community. Our goal is to foster a spirit of community involvement and to develop good decision making and leadership potential in Dublin area youth.

Program Mission: To prepare the next generation of leaders for effective community involvement and to empower them with good decision making skills and leadership potential.

Program Vision: Leadership Dublin’s Youth Program will be the lead resource to empower youth to better the community.
