HR Executive Council Meeting

The Human Resources Executive Council is comprised of HR executives in our community who come together every other month during lunch to network and discuss the most urgent HR needs and issues in the community. Meetings are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and lunch will be provided to all attendees.

At this meeting, we will discuss Bullet Proofing Your Records in Litigation and also the Department of Labor P3 Initiative led by Pamela Krivda, partner at Taft, Stettnius & Hollister. Pamela has more than twenty years of experience representing and defending public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters. At this meeting, she will cover:

• Creating the right records retention policy.
• What happens during electronic discovery.
• What to do and not do when creating documents.
• The difference in records retention for public and private companies.

The Department of Labor P3 Initiative

• Uncovering the OSHA rules that would require employers to implement injury & illness prevention programs.
