Cornerstone of Hope presents Grief Matters Free Workshop: Grief Coffee House

Please join Cornerstone of Hope for a “Grief Coffee House,” a time and space for you to share your creative works with the wider grieving community.  We welcome all creative outlets (i.e. poetry, music, photography, etc.) that you have created along your grief journey. Refreshments and supportive encouragement will also be provided.

About Grief Matters Education Workshop Series:
Grief Matters is a free monthly education workshop series designed to provide opportunities to explore and manage grief in new ways. Recognizing that the experience of grief is both unique and universal, Grief Matters offers additional support for those striving to learn, grow, connect, and heal.
Each month, a topic or activity is presented that may help improve wellness and coping through education, self-care, and emotional expression. Participants are encouraged to try new skills and incorporate them into their lives if appropriate for their personal grief journey. 
Please join us on the last Wednesday of each month for a different topic or activity…because your grief matters!
