Bridge Street Community Forum
The City of Dublin invites you to an interactive community forum to view and weigh in on the emerging public and private development projects within the Scioto River Corridor of the Bridge Street District. The City is seeking public engagement and feedback on the emerging development plans that will shape Dublin’s future civic core.
“We encourage residents, civic association leaders, our corporate leaders and work force to attend and hear about the emerging public and private development plans, including the realignment of Riverside Drive, the roundabout at S.R. 161 and Riverside Drive, the parks on both sides of the Scioto River and the private development on the east side of the river,” said Marsha Grigsby, City Manager.

The City of Dublin seeks public comments and reactions to proposed private development plans on both sides of the Scioto River as well as a series of transformational public projects in this area:- Developers will share preliminary plans for the emerging mixed-use development area along the east side of Riverside Drive.
- The City and designers will share the first concepts for the parks along the Scioto River.
- Smaller discussion forums will be available with developers, designers, private and public consultants and City staff.
