Mount Carmel Health System announced today the appointment of Timothy P. Graham, MD, MHPE, FAAFP as the new President of Mount Carmel Dublin, Mount Carmel New Albany and Mount Carmel St. Ann’s. This follows serving as the Interim President for Mount Carmel St. Ann’s and Mount Carmel New Albany succeeding Diane Doucette, who retired in June 2025.

Dr. Graham has more than two decades of clinical, academic and executive leadership experience to this role. He has served Mount Carmel Health System in several capacities, including Chief Medical Officer for Mount Carmel Dublin, Mount Carmel New Albany and Mount Carmel St. Ann’s, Designated Institutional Officer, and Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program.

“Dr. Graham’s deep commitment to clinical excellence, education and innovation has already made a lasting impact on our health system and the communities we serve,” said Tauana McDonald, President and CEO, Mount Carmel Health System. “I look forward to seeing his passion for quality, safety and high-reliability health care continue to make a difference in central Ohio.”

In his new role, Dr. Graham will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the three hospitals, ensuring alignment with our mission and regional objectives. He will lead efforts to enhance patient care, drive operational efficiencies and foster a culture of compassion, health equity and excellence. As a member of the regional executive team, Dr. Graham will also play a key role in advancing integrated clinical programs and supporting the development of a unified physician network across the region.

“It’s my honor to serve in the role of hospital president and continue serving Mount Carmel and our community,” said Graham. “Having worked alongside our incredible teams for the past fourteen years, I’ve seen firsthand the passion and excellence that drives our mission forward; I look forward to the journey ahead and continuing to work with our team to provide compassionate, high-quality care.”

Dr. Graham received his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University and his Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio University College of Medicine. He also holds a Master’s from the University of Illinois Chicago in Health Professions Education.
