City of Dublin to Launch Food Truck Pilot Program

Food trucks are officially rolling into Dublin in a more coordinated way!

The City of Dublin is launching a new food truck pilot program from July 9, 2026, through March 1, 2027, to help create a clear process for food truck operations in public spaces, at events and in other approved locations. The pilot includes designated food truck parking zones, operating guidelines and a future City license requirement expected to begin March 1, 2027.
