The successful candidate will be responsible for uncovering client needs, providing compelling solutions, and selling profitable design/build proposals. Role: Landscape Sales Representative
Supervisor: Sales Design Manager
Department: Sales/DesignCompensation: Base 38k-45k + Commission
Responsibility:- Uncover client needs and provide compelling solutions
- Maintain a high knowledge of landscape trends, features, and techniques
- Sell profitable design/build proposals that meet or exceed sales goals
- Grow client base with a focus on relationships exceeding expectations
- Perform site inventories
- Manage billing and maintenance handoff
- Consistent delivery of buildable projects with complete and accurate information.
- Any other job responsibilities assigned by supervisor
- Three or more years of sales experience
- Associates degree or equivalent in educational experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with showing critical thinking and intuitive problem-solving
- Knowledge of horticulture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks Accounting and LMN/Landscaping software
- Excellent knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment used in landscape design
- Strong mathematical skills
- High attention to detail in technical specifications with the drive to show innovation and improve efficiency under tight deadlines
- Effective time management skills
- Valid driver’s license
