    Summary of Position:

    The Administrative Care Coordinator Team at The Winchester Institute leads our team of Doctors and Service Providers. Our Administrative Team manages our front office procedures to ensure the highest quality healthcare experience for our patients.

    Previous healthcare administration/reception experience necessary.

    Primary duties surround orchestrating a 5-star experience for our patients within all elements of our facility. To oversee the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary, group health and wellness facility. To maintain and assist our Physicians, Management, and Billing Personnel with procedure-coding, insurance verification, patient services, patient scheduling, coordination of care, and insurance appeals. To work closely with team members to maintain company culture, completion of policies and procedures, and assist with healthcare administration.

    Our Administrative Care Team must have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Must bring professional creativity and positive energy to the job and enjoy working as part of a team.

    Position is eligible for participation in 401(k) American Funds Retirement Vehicle with a 4% Employer Match and 5% Profit Sharing Pension Plan.
