At Rivian, he led manufacturing and operations recruiting initiatives that expanded plant headcount by over 40%, helping the company exceed production goals by more than 3,000 vehicles in 2023 and is focused on helping Hims and Hers scale their ever-growing pharmacy business.
 

With experience spanning Fortune 100 companies across E-commerce, Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive, Jonathan is passionate about building efficient, people-centered talent acquisition strategies. His collaborative approach ensures alignment with business objectives to achieve strategic growth.
