    Youth Leadership Program

    The iCare...iServe...iLead Leadership Youth Program was designed around the “Character Counts” philosophy of Respect, Responsibility, and Fairness, as well as leadership in school and community. Our goal is to foster a spirit of community involvement and to develop good decision making and leadership potential in Dublin area youth.

    Register online today for this outstanding youth leadership program, which takes place July 22-26, 2024 (Note: This program is for middle school youth entering 6-7 grades for the 2024-2025 school year.)


    Program Mission: To prepare the next generation of leaders for effective community involvement and to empower them with good decision-making skills and leadership potential. 

    Program Vision: The iCare...iServe...iLead Youth Leadership Program will be the lead resource to empower youth to better the community.

    This unique program is for middle school students entering 6-7 grade. Individuals will participate in a program unique to Dublin providing information about:

    • Team building and communication

    • Leadership skills

    • Peer mediation

    • Self-respect and raising awareness

    • Making positive choices

    • Community service

    • Environment and nature
