DWPC FUN raiser for Special Spaces
Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club (DWPC) invites members of the community to attend a FUN raiser for Special Spaces, an organization that creates dream bedroom makeovers for children with serious illness, on Wednesday, March 11 from 6-8 p.m. at The Country Club at Muirfield Village, 8715 Muirfield Dr., in Dublin. There is no cost to attend and guests do not need to be a DWPC member to attend. The Columbus, Ohio chapter is part of the Special Spaces nationwide nonprofit organization that began 15 years ago and is dedicated to the power of color and the environment on well-being and healing. The organization is celebrating 1,000 makeovers, providing bedrooms where children sleep, but also rest, play, and spend time away from the challenges of their illness—a very special space just to be a child. Seating for this free event is limited and registration is recommended. Online registration can be completed at http://dublinwomensclub.com/. For questions, please contact DWPC Vice President Pam Stein at pamlstein@gmail.com or 614-678-9148. Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club is a nonprofit organization of nearly 100 dedicated women, founded in 1978 and devoted to philanthropic educational access and families in need.
