This session features Mark Sellers\, founder of Breakthrough SalesPerformance LLC\, who will lead the discussion on 'Are Blindspots Killing Your Coaching and Leadership?'\n\nSales coach\, trainer and author (The Funnel Principle) Mark Sellers exposes a universal problem facing sales leaders - they all have blindspots. These blindspots prevent leaders from being more effective and getting better results from their teams.\n\nThe fundamental problem with blindspots is they prevent leaders from creating emotional connections. As a result\, leaders don't get everything their people have to give and performance is compromised.\n\n\n\nSome blindspots may seem like benign annoyances\, like when managers confuse 'telling' with coaching\, or when they talk over their salespeople.
