DESCRIPTION:The Human Resources Executive Council is comprised of HR executives in our community who come together every other month during lunch to network and discuss the most urgent HR needs and issues in the community. Meetings are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and lunch will be provided to all attendees.\n\n\n\nAt this meeting\, the popular Bill Hutter - Sequent's CEO\, strategist and visionary - will discuss leadership and the employee experience. Attendees at this lunch event will discuss how to:\n\n\n	Coach your employees to engagement.\n	Lead your employees to create a winning culture.\n	Help your front-line leaders and associates understand how to engage others.\n	Establish values and expectations with each employee and how to hold them accountable for desired outcomes and behaviors.\n	Hire the right people who align with your culture and values.\n\n\nThis is an exclusive\, by invitation-only event. His career began in the hospitality industry where Bill quickly assumed increasing responsibilities in the areas of business development\, operations\, training and marketing. It was during that initial tenure of his career that his vision of a Human Resource Services company was born in 1995.\n\nWhile growing Sequent\, Bill has been actively involved in the industry through his efforts on the Professional Employer Organization Modernization Act. In addition he has also focused on cultivating key relationships and alliances to help boost economic development in Ohio through a European\n\npresence.\n\nBill works collaboratively with key organizations and associations throughout the state\, including the Columbus Chamber\, Columbus 2020\, the Ohio Chamber\, the Dublin Entrepreneur Center\, the Dayton Entrepreneur Center\, and Cleveland's Team NEO.
