DESCRIPTION:BMI Federal Credit Union would like to announce their upcoming Scholarship Golf Outing! The 2014 BMI Federal Credit Union Open will be held on July 14\, 2014 at Worthington Hills Country Club. Upon learning the number one reason for students dropping out of college is due to financial hardship\, BMI Federal Credit Union launched its initiative to help alleviate some of the financial burdens that are involved with pursuing higher education. To embrace BMI Federal Credit Union?s mission of improving the financial lives of our members and our community\, all proceeds from the 2014 BMI Federal Credit Union Open will go towards scholarships for pursuing higher education. For every $1\,000 raised from the event\, BMI Federal Credit Union will award a $1\,000 scholarship to a student in our community pursuing higher education. The style of play will be a scramble with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m.\, lunch served at 11:00 a.m.\, shotgun start at 12:00 p.m. and dinner\, awards and a raffle starting at 5:00 p.m. If you are interested in making a donation\, becoming a sponsor or entering a foursome in the event please contact Joseph Nofsinger at 614.707.4126.
