NextGen Dublin is not just an ordinary networking group. We are a young professionals organization that works to develop, connect, and empower young professionals through increased opportunities to enhance our members professional development, community involvement and business success within the region. Our goal is to help cultivate tomorrow’s leaders.

We don’t attend NextGen events just to shake hands, trade business cards, and then turn around and walk way. We come because we want to pitch in, have fun, develop long lasting friendships, and make a real difference in the lives of those in our community.

We don’t think it is cool to sit on the sidelines. We want our generation to get involved, have influence, and make a difference. So we encourage our members to join a committee and immediately start making an impact.
